DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital download sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on printable products once purchased.

CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED ITEMS

Custom, personalized, and made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or contain an error on our part.

HANDMADE ITEMS

If you are not completely satisfied with your handmade item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Eligible items may be returned in their original, unused condition within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

VINTAGE & THRIFTED FINDS

All vintage, thrifted, and one-of-a-kind items are sold as-is. Due to their age and unique nature, these items may show signs of wear and are considered final sale.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging so we can make it right.
