Shipping Policy
At Her Modern Heirloom, we take great care in crafting and curating timeless legacy gifts. Below are our current shipping details:

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 weeks before shipment. Custom embroidery and handcrafted items require additional time to ensure quality.
• Shipping Methods: We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Rates are calculated based on package weight and destination.
• Domestic Shipping: We currently ship within the U.S. If international shipping becomes available, we will update our policy accordingly.
• Tracking & Insurance: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. We highly recommend purchasing shipping insurance at checkout to protect your package in case of loss or damage during transit. Her Modern Heirloom is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages if insurance is not selected.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of many of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized or custom-made items. Please ensure all details are correct before placing your order.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at shophermodernheirloom@gmail.com with photos of the issue, and we will work with you to resolve it.
